I've got something to say; it better to burn in hell than to fade away!!!
Did I hear this right? Banning Elbows on the ground?
“THE FEDOR RULE”…. This will negatively effect Strikeforce
I know right!!! I love when they thank God.. Like God had anything to do with you just beating the crap out of that guy..
I don't think that's the idea..
I think they’re just giving thanks to God for the physical/mental gifts and good health he’s allotted them that allow them to compete at the highest level.

Doc: You know what they say: People in glass houses sink sh-sh-ships.
Rocco: Doc, I gotta buy you, like, a proverb book or something. This mix'n'match shit's gotta go.
Doc: What?
Connor: A penny saved is worth two in the bush, isn't it?
Murphy: And don't cross the road if you can't get out of the kitchen.

I don’t know that you ever recover from Catholicism though.
"We fight, get beat, rise, and fight again."
I want to hear someone thank God for losing. Because without God that loss wouldn't be possible. LOL

me too
I still don’t think Vlad is a pushover. He is a tough dude. A tough fighter. Jones just was that good last night. Brutal.
"We fight, get beat, rise, and fight again."
yeah vlad is a good fighter but hes past his prime, so hes now more of a mediocre fighter

I'll confess to thinking it was a great match-up.
It wasn’t. It was a terrible match-up. I don’t see too many light heavy weight fighters being able to stop him.

I thought it would be a fight
I thought there would be some grit. I thought Jones would win, but didn’t realize he would do so with such ease.

I appreciate how well spoken he is
…and the fact that he can burst a watermelon with those elbows.

How can you not like this guy?
skilled, exciting, humble..
i don’t like himcause he was getting alittle pissy when the spot light and attention was on machida and not him, he was claiming hes gonna win and that he will be ready, if thats not buying in to ur “potential” then idk wat is, also i hate how he fights c- b level fighters and they build him up like a god or the next champ..

Tom Cruise is a scientologist.
I hereby order all maniacs to boycott all his movies.
In the meantime, google Lisa McPherson and see what kind of criminal organisation he is promoting.

You'd have to boycott a shit load of movies if it's scientology you're trying not to support

Who can beat Bones ...
IMO It’s gonna take a high level black belt. Those long limbs can be snatched, and it seems his arm is there for the taking when he’s on top. Although, as I say this…. it better be one soon, because he’s only gonna get better. I think Little Nog ,Shogun, and Machida are the only guys that I’d pick tp beat Bones… and I wouldn’t be shocked if Bones beat them.
Though, I’m hoping Bones beats up Forrest,Rich, or Randy next because they are big names with the non-hardcores and really would give him the rub with them when he beats them. Little Nog is a more dangerous matchup then those 3, and he’d get less credit with the non-hardcores if he did so. I just hope 1 of those 3 have the balls to fight him… I’m afraid those 3 guys have the stroke to not fight Bones… and they’ll just fight each other instead.
King Mo Lawal is the man who stands a chance with time, give a year, and he could beat bones

Guy is hard to hate
Jon Jones makes me like him more and more everytime I see him fight and talk. He is the same age as me but his maturity is far beyond his years. He’s a class act and if he truely is the future of our sport we are in good hands. He is respectful and is more well rounded then almost any fighter ive ever seen. Keeping doing work Bones!!!
