If he loses to me, it’s going to take him awhile to get back in the running, getting people to once again believe that he’s the man. Everybody wants to see Bobby fight and wants to see him tested. So the message is that I’m planning on testing him. The goal is to get there and hit him with a few things he hasn’t been hit with yet. We’ll see if he really does want to fight or not. I think the fans will jump over to my side once the tide turns. Once they see he’s not invincible, I think they’ll come over to the underdog’s side. I know I’ll have a few fans there, and hopefully after the fight, I’ll have a few more."
Strikeforce heavyweight Chad Griggs plans on derailing the Bobby Lashley hype train when they collide at the upcoming "Houston" event on Aug. 21. "The Grave Digger" has won three straight fights with three (T)KO finishes and would do a lot to elevate his status by upsetting the "Dominator." Does Griggs have a shot at playing spoiler? Or is he just another regional fighter being "fed" to the former WWE superstar?

Nah his management team will make sure that his opponents are

I like Lashley.
Just because he isn’t taking the Lesnar road shouldn’t warrant all this hate. He’s 4-0 or 5-0 or whatever, whats wrong with bringing him up slowly? Oh, he’s not fighting Frank Mir and Couture and Herring so he aint shit? I don’t see the problem with him.

U are suppose to progress to tougher and tougher challenges or once you get to a
well rounded enough level am all for lateral fights so that you work your game. Lashley however is a middleweight who loaded up weights to be at HW and talks big game about fighting fedor but when he’s told to fight guys close to his level he ducks out and signs fights with wes simms.

The most high profile guy he's ducked big time is Shane Del Rosario
He was set to fight him on more than 3 occasions but he ducked out including opting to choose Wes Simms over. He also ducked Ron Sparks so that they could get Chad Griggs for him. There isn’t a single article proving this it’s just the sequence of cancelled matches, him faking taking big fights while at the same time trying to do nonsensical fake wrestling.

Much like NNR said is after
5 fights he has yet to step up in competition. Brocks instant title shot aside, he is atleast in the cage with guys that will test his skills and dedication. Brocks lowest ranked guy was Heath Herring and he was easily in the Top 20 when he fought him. He is basically cluffing his record with these C level fighters.
