Welcome to the first installment of "Late Night Fights", where I – The Shartist, will provide you with an entertaining fight from all realms of combat sports. Boxing, kickboxing, MMA, even some of that horse-shit Chuck Norris World Combat League stuff that’s dead and gone now will make its way into "Late Night Fights". Expected to see the unexpected!
Tonight’s fight is a welterweight contest under the Shine Fights banner, between HIT Squad fighter Brian Foster and Kyle "The Alley Cat" Baker. Baker, known for his "standing ground and pound", entered the bout on an impressive 6-fight win streak, which included TKO wins over UFC veterans Drew Fickett and Chad Reiner. Foster entered the bout on a two-fight winning streak, which included one knockout victory and one submission victory. Foster was known throughout the midwest circuit as an aggressive, heavy-handed fighter, and most watching did not expect this fight to reach the judges scorecards.
