I've had esophageal spasms due to acid reflux disease

It’s where your airway seizes up and you can’t move any air. Mine typically lasted between 10 and 30 seconds. It just scares the fuck out of you, because you don’t know how long it will last and when the next one may come on. If Mike treats his acid reflux he will be fine. I haven’t had one of those things for about 8 years now.

It depends why you are having them….

In his case it’s because Kos keeps triggering his gag reflex.

I was wrong - it was laryngospasms not esophageal spasms I had

But esophageal spasms don’t sound like much fun. Mike should still be fine so long as he properly treats his acid reflux.

i think so

He looks like a crackhead at ww..he was out muscled by okami and decided to drop…muscle isn’t the only thing that wins fights..I don’t have proof but I’d bet most of andersons opponents were physically stronger..work on other areas…if that doesn’t work..then drop…but I’m not a fighter, its just an opinion

well..

If he goes back to 185 he could always try adding muscle and doing more strength trainning, but im not him so I have no clue how his body works..
