Because Forrest sucks. He has no chin, no striking defense, no wrestling, no athletecism, he’s slow as fuck. This is a guy who got headkicked by Jeremy Horn. The only reason he’s considered a top fighter is because he’s a big draw (or at least was before the SIlva fight) and the UFC babies him by putting him in the “money league” along with Tito, Randy and Chuck.
