The official weigh-in event for UFC on Versus 2: "Jones vs. Matyushenko" took place TONIGHT (July 31) at the San Diego Sports Arena in San Diego, California.

All 20 fighters, with the exception of one -- DaMarques Johnson -- tipped the scales without incident, including main event participants Jon "Bones" Jones and Belarusian brawler Vladimir "The Janitor" Matyushenko.

Johnson, a The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) alum, was given extra time to shed the extra baggage; however, he could only drop a half-pound. The California State Athletic Commission (CSAC) wouldn't let him continue any longer, ruling that the welterweight bout would take place at a catchweight of 172 pounds.

Win or lose, Johnson will have to forfeit 20 percent of his purse to his opponent, Matthew Riddle, for the slip.
