UFC 119 'Prelims' to feature Mitrione vs Beltran, Dollaway vs Doerksen on Spike TV

Matt-mitrone-tuf-10_medium

Spike TV today announced that their UFC 119 "Prelims" telecast will include bouts featuring Matt Mitrione vs. Joey Beltran (heavyweight) and CB Dollaway vs. Joe Doerksen (middleweight).

UFC 119 is set for September 25 from the Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Mitrione is a perfect 2-0 following his stint on Season 10 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF). After knocking out fellow contestant Marcus Jones at the Dec. 2009 TUF 10 Finale, he ended the short-lived Octagon career of Kevin "Kimbo Slice" Ferguson via second round TKO at UFC 113 back in May.

Facing him is Beltran, also 2-0 as a Zuffa employee. "The Mexicutioner" spoiled the debut of Rolles Gracie by stopping him at UFC 109 before running Tim Hague out of town with a unanimous decision win over the Canadian at UFC 113.

Also hitting the airwaves is CB Dollaway. "The Doberman" is riding back-to-back unanimous decision wins over Jay Silva (UFC Fight Night 19) and Goran Reljic (UFC 110).

Standing in his way is the "Dirte" one, Joe Doerksen. The Canadian is riding a seven-fight winning streak, including a rear naked choke over "Filthy" Tom Lawlor at UFC 113 last May.

he threatened to quit, he didn't train, complained about being tired, made threats

maybe not a douche but a definate pre-madonna

Fedor invented a language that incorporates Sambo and Kimuras.

So next time FEDOR is kicking your ass, don't be offended or hurt, he may be just trying to tell you he likes your hat.

Pre-madonna?

As in the 70s? Is that like a prima donna?

PS – Meathead’s invisible brain injury is what makes him a douche.

haha..yep...he thinks he's all that and a bag of chips

Ya, I'd say definitely not a douche, but a prima-donna.

I define douche more in terms of Kos, Lesnar, or if we wanna stick with that season of TUF, McSweeney. IMO arrogant and douche go hand in hand. Not to say that Kos and Lesnar can’t back it up though.

Well our douche meters differ..........

I thought it was pretty douchey of him to tell the other team rashads’ strategy, but that’s just me………

i think we can all agree

there are different levels of doucheness; whether it is in the form of being arrogant(lesnar and kos), betraying your own team in front of millions of people/having a rattled brain(meathead) or, just flat out looking like a douche/living the douche lifestyle(dollaway). many fighters are just down right douchy. some fighters appear to be douches because they try so hard to not be a douche(varner). then there are other douches that sort of have a douche pass until they lose (a silva).

Dollaway is a douche

With a creepy creepy voice, I hope Doerksen runs him over.

Kimbo ruined his own career by leaving Bas Rutten's training because its obvious that he did not get better afterwards.

He showed a little improvement, give him credit man.

He jus too old to start serious training. He gave it his all tho. And he was humble the who way through. I’ll watch every fight he has till he retires.

I will give Kimbo credit the day that LBJ re-signs with the Cavaliers.

i know that he really didnt have much of a chance in the sport but he seemed like a pretty good guy and had good intentions.
