UFC’s stats don’t count for shit. I’m not saying it’s wrong, but it’s far from reliable.
They’ve recorded Carwin at 6’5, Randy at 6’2, Franklin at 5’11 (before they rectified it), Dan Henderson at 6’1 just to name some off the top of my head.

if you think about it, brock probably has more mma experience than carwin
he went 15 minutes with herring….like 7 with randy…7 with mir in their 2nd fight…2 minutes with mir in their 1st fight….a minute and a half in his 1st fight…..
thats around 32 minutes of fighting time…where as carwin has won half his fights in under a minute…so even though brock has had less than half the fights as carwin, fight time he has more experience…
and definantly a FUCK load more experience than carwin..
lets say the fight DOES get into the 3rd and 4th round…brock has been to the 3rd round carwin never has…could that be and advantage? and could it be an advantage that brock has technically minute wise more experience than carwin?

Hella, it could benefit Brock but I’m not sold on ring time being as big of an advantage as people in other threads are making it. When he fought Herring he was able to land the 1st punch and shattered Heaths orbital bone with it. From then on Brock was able to have his way with him with almost ZERO resistance. It was nothing more than a glorified sparring match from then on…..With Mir I there was some resistance in terms of positioning and the subs that Mir was threatening with so I’ll give Brock his due there. Mir II was simply Mir settling into this back like all BJJ guys do and all Brock had to do was pin Mirs hips and that took his BJJ away. There was a glimpse of adversity when Mir connected with that jumping knee but thats it……Against Couture Brock for the 1st time was unable to have his way in a fight. The Captain put up a lot of resistance with wrestling which was a 1st for Lesnar. But he never took any real damage despite the punches Randy peppered him with……None of those difficulties compare to getting punched square in the face, having your nose broken and blood pouring out of it. For those that have never had any major injuries like that let me tell you it is PAINFUL! Worse than a few punches to the face or a solid kick to the ribs in my opinion (I’ve experienced both). It almost blinds you for a second then the blood restricts breathing and your equilibrium goes haywire briefly. For Carwin to deal with that, recover and smash Gonzaga in sresponse nullifies any ring time dispute or questioning about who handles pressure better. In my humble opinion Carwin has dealt with the worse in-ring situations of the 2.

thanks man, i do a lot of work in fireworks, a little in photoshop, not as good as jessie though, and working with using flash
and use various animation software…but most of my work is done in fireworks and i can build my animations in there….and also i have bout 5 different animation programs…they all have different transitions and effects so they’re good for different transitions..
but i just basically took the header for this site…chopped up the background and pieced them together and worked on animating them so they blended together with a spotlight effect…took a little time but not too complicated… then went to the main springnation page and did the same thing, i made a black background then pasted in the bn b/g and blended them together with the mma mania animation and blended them together until they blended smoothly into a loop
