IFC: Mike Whitehead and Jeremy Horn victorious at 'Extreme Challenge' on July 10 in Michigan

A couple of well-known UFC veterans were in action over the weekend as Mike Whitehead and Jeremy Horn both picked up victories in their fights at IFC: "Extreme Challenge" last Saturday night (July 10) from the Soaring Eagle Casino in Mt. Pleasant, Michigan.
Whitehead (25-7) stopped fellow Zuffa vet Chase Gormley with a fourth-round technical knockout to capture the promotion's heavyweight strap. Gormley (7-3) was a last-minute replacement for Jeff Monson after "The Snowman" withdrew due to scheduling conflicts with Impact FC.
Horn scored his fifth straight submission win since leaving the UFC in early 2009. "Gumby" choked out Sean Salmon in the first round to push his record to a staggering 85-19-5. Salmon falls to 18-11 with the loss.
Tim Ruberg, Anthony Lapsley and Kelly Warren also picked up wins in Mt. Pleasant.

haha i live in sacramento man, but im not 100% on the kiddie touchers but i know every other house on my block is growing pot, and 90% look like the type, also checked the registered offenders deal and theres like 7 in my neighborhood, but im 21 i have nothing to worry about

thats alright, my neighbor was an unregistered sex offender and noone knew till he got arrested
another was arrest for murder (got in fight hit guy in temple, sad stuff) , another a gang member (turned bad after his parents died) and house has been raided twice, and another drug guy, ALL in a neighborhhod with 3 cops, chief of police recently moved, a city council member, the MAYOR, 2 fireman, and a buncha dentist.
Just goes to show you never know who is next door.

Maybe be a solid gatekeeper in the ufc, or strikeforce.
He’ll definitely be a very stern test for anyone climbing the ranks.

i think he runs his own promotion deal out there in utah so he doesn’t really fight that often.. i agree though he has some solid wins in a row but the last losses in the ufc put him out of the ufc interest, but strikeforce seems to not care what there guys do

you think whitehead has legal issues or political views check out jeff monson's self proclaimed anarchist, and beater of woman
destruction of property, grafitti on state capitol in olympia washington and property damage of girlfriends place. other stuff but i don’t want to pile on. what is funny is i like the guys style of fighting.
I'm all about covering the spread and moneylines. Glory favors the bold. Chance favors the prepared mind. Luck, well i have that too. University of Utah goes to the Pac-12 conference in 2011. I expect them to compete immediately for the conference CG. I still will always follow the Mountain West Conference. Brock Lesnar will defeat Cain Velasquez and face the winner of Junior Dos Santos vs Roy Nelson where he will defeat JDS and stake his claim as pound for pound champion.
