AFL Rock-N-Rumble 3 results and quick recap

Shortly after he was removed from the upcoming Strikeforce: "Fedor vs. Werdum" event on June 26, embattled mixed martial artist Charles Bennett returned to the cage for the Action Fight League (AFL) "Rock-N-Rumble 3" event from the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on June 4 in Hollywood, Florida.

MMAmania himself was in the house to watch "Krazy Horse" go on to lose a unanimous decision to CageSport MMA veteran Sterling Ford.

Also making headlines in last night's show was decorated submission specialist Pablo Popovitch, surviving rough waters in the first round to come back and blast Jeff Savoy into submission via punches.

American Top Team standout Jessica Aguilar ran her winning streak to three straight with her technical knockout win over Catia Vitoria, improving her record to 8-3 with seven finishes.
