ben is not a ufc level fighter more sf still dont know why they put him in against cain maybe to build cain up. yvels standup is crazy with headkicks i dont see ben throwing any headkicks. and yvel is no idiot of his back. there is no way ben takes this but youll never know (duffee vs russow)

The best fight os on Spike

I’m really excited about Dunham/Griffin. Other than that the only fight that interests me is Kampman/Thiago. Barry will crush Cro Cop if it stays standing. Mirko’s only hope is to take it to the ground oddly enough.
