Programming reminder: 'Countdown to UFC 116' debuts tonight (June 28) on Spike TV

Countdown to UFC 116: "Lesnar vs. Carwin" will debut tonight (June 28) at 7:00 p.m. ET on Spike TV to promote the upcoming pay-per-view (PPV) event scheduled for the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, on Saturday, July 3.
The network special will provide a glimpse into the preparation and training camps of the fighters set to headline the show, featuring current UFC Heavyweight Champion Brock Lesnar and UFC Interim Heavyweight Champion Shane Carwin.
Replays of "Countdown to UFC 116" will air at the following times:
Wednesday, June 30 at 7 p.m. ET (Spike TV)
Thursday, July 1 at midnight ET (Versus)
Friday, July 2 at 1 a.m. ET (Spike TV)

I'll be rooting for Brock, but betting on Shane
We’re going to find out a lot about Brock saturday night. I do think that Shane will test his chin, and if Brock survives and pulls out the win, I don’t see him losing for a long time.

Advantage Brock
Size, strength, speed, explosiveness, wrestling and hat size go to Brock.
Shane gets a slight advantage in striking.
I think Brock uses all those things to his advantage to keep this one on the ground and get the TKO win, especially if it goes beyond 2 rounds wich I doubt it will.
even if brock wasnt sick as hell the past year

Niether Carwin nor Brock is the #1 heavyweight because as far im concerned JDS and Cain still need their shot. If Carwin wins then he is not number 1 until he defeneds his belt against one off the other guys. Brock, Cain, JDS and Carwin are all in the mix until they fight each other and defend that belt against each other.
Brock or Shane would be number one at least until they fight JDS and/or Cain.
Are they supposed to hold off all rankings until everyone has fought Everyone else? Someone has to be the best in the world(in your head) before getting the proof. Who would you say?

IMHO, what the standings will look like after Saturday…
1. Brock
2. Fedor
3. Cain
4. JDS
5. Carwin
6. Overroids
7. Werdum
You can switch #1 and #5 since you think Carwin is going to win. Werdum shouldn’t go above SF champ, but he might go as high as #3.
