Anyone who drinks it says its healthy because you’re replenishing your body with vitamins and proteins your body gets rid of. So basically you’re taking 100% of all possible proteins and vitamins. Recycling is what they call it.
But the people who oppose it say that your body is obviously trying to get rid of waste for a reason. They say that the kidney’s function is to filter out the bad and get rid of it and that’s what pee is. Waste. So it can’t be healthy to put that same waste your body is naturally trying to get rid of, right back into it.
