Dan Miller: If I lose to Michael Bisping, I'm done
Props: Heavy.com
Quoteworthy:
"The UFC is where I want to be my whole career. I don’t want to go anywhere else; I don’t want to fight for any other organization. If I lose this, I’m done. I’m very motivated to get a win. Also, I think this is going to be an awesome fight and I love to fight guys that are exciting. I think Bisping is a very exciting fighter. You know I think it’s going to be a war, I think it’s going to be one of those fights that’s going to the end."
UFC middleweight hopeful Dan Miller tries to snap an 0-2 losing streak inside the Octagon when he takes on Michael Bisping at UFC 114 this Saturday night (May 29) in Las Vegas. Miller dropped back-to-back unanimous decisions to Demian Maia and Chael Sonnen after putting together an impressive nine-fight winning streak including a 3-0 start inside the Octagon. The powers that be look unfavorably on any fighter who digs themselves into an 0-3 hole, which Miller faces against Bisping, but should he be sent packing if he can't get past "The Count?" Or have you picked him to win on Saturday night?

WAR MILLER!!!
Fuck Bisping!!!

bye then miller
dont let the door hit u on the way out.talking about putting uneccesary pressure on urself.bisping for the win
He meant that he presumes that he'll be cut if he loses
There’s always that threat when you lose 3 in a row, though if Mac Danzig can go 1-3 then losing to 3 top 10 MWs shouldn’t see Dan get cut especially when he won his first 3 fights and went the distance with title contenders Sonnen and Maia.

Danzig had the TUF contract though.
I'm a pan-handlin', man-handlin', post-holin', high-rollin', dust-bowlin' daddy
And Bisping is NOT a top 10 anything.
Gatekeepers aren’t in the top 10.
This is what happens when you bet on a loser like Cote, I should have listened to David W-S
He's on the fringes of the top 10 in the UFC
All I’m saying is that it’s not right to cut a guy for losing fights when they are against good competition, at least give him a chance to work his way back up.

He lost fights before the UFC. It's not like he was undefeated before those two good fighters.
There’s no upside to having him aboard really. He expendable to say the least.

Could say the same thing about Bisping
Lost to Hendo, lost to Wandy. I don’t think this is gonna be a loser goes home. But if that’s what people are saying about Miller, the arguement can be made for bisping being in the same boat.
And yes I know he beat Kang in between those losses
My dream match-up to see
BJ Penn vs Nick Diaz!!!!! Would only be unreal
I am with you on this...
His 2 losses are to the number 3 and #6 MW in the world and he took them both to decisions. I think Bisping would be his first L to a non top 10 fighter.
Miller has all the skills to beat Bisping. He is the better wrestler and the better BJJ guy and has a solid chin. Bisping has a better stand up but no real power that should worry Miller. On the other hand Bisping does have good takedown defense and is really hard to keep on the ground. I am hoping Bispings history with good wrestlers comes back to haunt him again….
I was a fool for ever doubting Shogun. I should be ashamed for never giving him a chance to get healthy. Shogun made Machida look B-level-Just like my bet made me look b-level!
"one of those fights thats going to the end"
wow you think its going to the end?
i think it’ll be one of those fights that lingers on forever…
l'm not afraid of anybody. Especially not Nick Diaz. -GSP
Lol the first thing I thought when I read that was..........
“well that’s a good place to stop isn’t it” lol
Well, that one in the center: he had a flap holster and he was in no itchin' hurry. And the one second from the left: he had scared eyes, he wasn't gonna do nothin'. But that one on the far left: he had crazy eyes. Figured him to make the first move.
Seems a bit dramatic doesnt it?
Maybe Miller is putting to much pressure on himself for this fight. I am no Bisping fan, but I think he will get the W
Its Good To Go In With That Mentality

I agree with Dan
If he loses this fight he should be cut.

Why?
Maia and Okami are arguably two of the top five in the UFC’s MW division. Bisping is top 10. No room for a middle class? Those are three very tough fights and guys like Leben, Sakara or Grove likely would have dropped all three and they’re still kicking around.

jay,
If he loses, he is 3-3 in the octagon. What is Cote’s record? I actually think the loser of this should get Cote next. Good fight for either of them.
No shame in losing to the guy who just fought for the belt and the guy who is fighting for the belt next.

I wouldn't mind Cote/Bisping.
Dan will get released because he wasn’t on TUF. They haven’t spent any money promoting him and he could leave and gather some wins elsewhere. No matter who you lose to(I agree he’s a good fighter and has lost to some serious competition) but losing three in a row is impossible to promote.

i don' t even like bisping and think he will win this fight. his foot work has gotten better.......
and he has fought better fighters than miller. end of the road dan.

I doubt that'll happen
If the knockout Dan Henderson put on him didn’t shut his ego down, I doubt anything will. Or are you suggesting that getting beaten by someone of Miller’s caliber would be more humiliating?
