This all just one day after her live-in boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, accused her of being addicted to drugs. He was subsequently arrested for domestic violence and has since posted bail.

Add to that the fact that Oxy doesn’t stay in your system very long AND that it stays in your system for an even shorter time if you’re skinny. On top of that how reliable of a source is TMZ? Did they take blood or urine? If it’s urine did she actually turn in her own urine? It’s really easy to sneak in pee.

My buddy was checked in to a Psyche Ward for a week, 2 weeks ago. He was on crack and ecstasy and other dumb things and we had had enough. Me and a buddy spoke to his parents and they agreed and we had him taken to hospital and that’s what they decided best for him. He was given drug tests and ALL of them came back negative. So its very annoying. And shows these tests can be absolutely useless.
Also, Dr. Drew (drug rehab doctor) has approached Jenna Jameson within this last week to see if she would be interested in being on his rehab reality tv show. Whether he spoke to her before or after the Tito incident seems irrelevant as I’m guessing he knew she still has struggles of sort.

Arguing from Ignorance
A lot of people seem to be making some pretty big assumptions about the status of this drug test. Sure, TMZ may have gotten a few things wrong, and is perhaps not the most reputable source, and maybe the drug tests miss a lot, but there’s a big leap between a skeptical position and a denialist one that asserts a positive conclusion from an absence of evidence one.
While we don’t know if the drug test was 100% correct, it’s a huge leap in logic to then assert that she was therefore using drugs.
its not as big a stretch though when reputable drug rehab docs are asking you to appear on their drug rehab reality show

Well here.. Let me say this...
The NIDA 5 standard drug screen, which is the most common pre-employmend screen used, tests for morphine as it’s opiate and this will discern use of morphine, codeine or heroin. However, oxy is not metabolised into morphine, and as a result will not trigger a test for morphine.
If the test is extended, you have 2-5 days of it in your system after a single use, over a week if it’s after continued use. Look at www.erowid.com, drug testing vaults for more info on various drug screens, detection times and false positives.

I won't judge her
We all make mistakes, specially when we’re younger. She did shit, and will forever been seen in that light even if she’s changed. I did a lot of bad things when I was younger but there is nothing left of that person now, yet some people will always judge me in that light. I can’t do that to another person.
