Big Nog is the reason for many fans attend this sport. He’ll always have my respect for his legacy and great shows. He needs some time off just training, improving and reviewing some aspects.

Hey name one fighter who's been on top for as long with wins over excellent oppositions as....
the landscape of MMA changed over the decade. Not hughes not the paycheck not anyone has done what my boy big nog has. In fact i would safely say that Nog had a better resume than Fedor until his recent downfall. But a loss is a loss.

When I remember Cro Cop tapping I recognize Nog as one of the best jiu-jitsu fighters in MMA.
