I've had staph twice,
thankfully minor infections that I caught before they were too much trouble. The first time I got staph it was going around the gym I was at and probibly got it from the mats. The second time was from wrestling and likely skin to skin contact with someone who had it.

It's a bacteria that is spread from skin to skin contact and it get's into any skin abrasions.......
and then thee above happens. Basically any time you get done rolling take a shower, if you lift wieghts, wipe off the machines with some anit – bacterial shit. You don’t want staph, it’s fucking nasty…………………

how long does it take to get rid of it?
the nastiest ones come from hospitals
you get one of those and you could end up having to have major chunks of flesh cut away, as they are extremely resistant to anti-biotics. (due to doctor’s irresponsible overuse of general antibiotics)

I saw Kenny's knee swollen during the Gomi fight
I just assumed he took a kick there. So he actually had staph during the fight. I would think he wouldn’t have cleared a medical screen prior to the fight but maybe they allow you to fight with it??

Yeah that’s true about Nog but I think he was being treated for it prior to their bout. Bet the antibiotics are what zapped his energy. Maybe Kenny opted to wait until after the bout to have it treated for that reason…..speculation of course on my part.
