That was pretty brutal
and an impressive performance by the guy who beat him. He showed nice power with his punches and took him down a few times with nice throws. I hope this season focuses on the training and fighting aspects more and less on the dramatic side. TUF is a great opportunity to showcase fighter training and development but has often fallen short in my opinion by just focusing on fighter/coach drama. I understand they need to build intrigue and hype the fights but it gets ridiculous.
it was great how Clay McKinney (the guy who did this to our friend Charley) was like “holy fuck!” in the middle of the fight when he noticed it. and then he punched him right in the broken nose again
that was the best part
He literally laughed at him in astonishment and then hit him in the face.

im glad there were some great fights last night, looks like it will be a great season
after those terrible fucking fighters from last season they knew they had to follow that garbage up with some talent…im glad they did….ive never been a fan of the tuf series since season 3…but i think i’ll watch this season, looks to be a lot of great fighters

This looks like a tough bunch of guys, episode one was pretty good. There was just that one guy that you could tell didnt want to be in there besides that they all threw down.
