I may be wrong, but isn’t this marines vs UFC fighters thing an Internet-based show (if you can even call it a show) with an agenda to recruit impressionable youths? (Not that I’m bagging it.)

well i don't doubt the intent to recruit..which is a lil sneaky..

i’m not looking at it with that angle..cause only X amount of people actually want to put them selves in that situation..i i hope it’s interesting for the hard training aspect and to see if the mma guys can use the skills outside of the octagon..

I dont have a problem with that though, good idea for the Marines to tap into the MMA market fanbase. Also, the UFC has always had a strong relationship with the armed forces. Not a bad idea really
What did Rashad and Forrest do? All I saw was Forrest make a typical Forrest joke in the van and Rashad duck the fitness test.

Well government contracts usually go to the lowest bidder so the quality is pretty poor. I wouldn’t worry about the “tax dollars” it took to pay for the sweatshirt. I’d be more worried that those Marines are fighting with equipment made by those “lowest bidders”.
