PrintAlright. Sunday March 21st we're back in business. 4 fights to pick. The Saturday folowing this event, March 27th, will be UFC 111 in which we'll be picking 5 more main card fights. I will be posting a separte thread for UFC 111 on Sunday March 21st, the same day as UFC on Versus. However, the fights we will be picking for UFC 111 AND UNF 21 are listed below. If you choose to make your picks for these additional cards in advance, you may do so in this thread. There will be other threads dedicated to UFC 111 and UFN 21 later on but if you'd rather use this thread, feel free. Confused yet? Don't be, its easy if you read this....but if you only read bold or capital letters then YOU ONLY NEED TO PICK UFC on VERSUS 1 HERE..haha.

ALSO, IF A FIGHTER IS INJURED OR A FIGHT CHANGED FOR ANY REASON, THE FIGHT WILL BE STRICKEN FROM THE POOL. I realize that there is still 3 weeks till Fight Night 21 but due to there being 3 events in 10 days I need to do it this way as it'll be too tough to do it when the event gets closer. Sorry for any inconvienience.

its more work too...some days I enjoy this but some days not so much...I really do like the idea but I'm not into more addition at this point...keep it in mind though for whoever takes over next year

Some of these picks were really hard and I feel like I have some explaining to do….
Jones/Vera- I’m hoping Vera can pull this out. I think he’s taking things very seriously and he knows how bad he needs this win. However I don’t think he has any answers for Bones. They are pretty evenly matched- good strikers with wrestling backgrounds so what will be the deciding factor? Aggression. I don’t see Jones being afraid of Vera. He’ll come in as calm and nonchalant as usual. So he’ll be the dictating the pace. Can Vera head kick him onto queer street? Sure, but it’s more likely that Jones’ antics will make him tentative and he won’t be able to pull the trigger again. I hope not but…
Kongo/Buentello- Meh! Just changing things up a bit…Buentello is a b level but he has left AKA and is now @Jacksons and with Nate in Colorado. That’s never a bad move for anyone so we’ll see.
GSP/Hardy- Man I can see GSP getting cold cracked here but I’m gonna play it safe and say that GSP will dominate in his usual fashion. Though- I would like to see some more striking in this one…but George isn’t stupid.
Mir/Carwin- I don’t know why but I really feel like a punchers chance is enough here. Carwin is Brock’s size/weight but with a little more power and a lot better hands. Mir’s experience can make it go the way of Mir/Lesnar 1 but Carwin’s power can make it look like a Mir/Lesnar 2 or Mir/Vera. Carwin by tko/ko.
Alves/Fitch- Well Fitch isn’t finish-able. He won’t get ko’d and I’ve seen him get out of too many sick attempts to think he’ll be sub’d. So I’m simply praying for Alves to get a tko here…I just don’t wanna watch the kind of fight that Fitch can win here…point blank.

She goes back to work the Monday following Easter.
I do remember our convo. She is better actually. She’s not 100% as we still have our moments. She is dreading work and gets sad when its mentioned but I think it’ll be good for her to have time away from our little guy. We still have some late nights too as he likes to wake up around 5am. This lack of sleep tends to be the worst for her but like I say, its not every night.
I now know what you’ve gone through and wouldn’t wish it on anyone. But I’ve learned that despite what is said, its nobodies fault. I hope all the best to ya pal. And yes “a problem shared is a problem halved”.

Dirtbike
My friend bought a dirtbike and within 5 hrs we were both in the hospital getting xrays. I rolled my ankle trying to kickstart. Pathetic. Thought it was broke. Spent the night in the worst hospital in the united states(imo). To make it worse i dont have any health insurance. But i feel alot better now and so enough griping. how far in the future do you think it is? these events are all with 20 days from now…what do you suggest? I wait till a few days before each event and scramble to get picks from 100 guys?
