Fresh off the set of NCIS: "Los Angeles," Strikeforce is sending another batch of its mixed martial arts stars to the airwaves for a guest appearance on "Rock N Jock" featured on MTV2 this Saturday, March 6 and again on Saturday, March 13 at 11 a.m. ET.

The Rock N Jock Countdown is the ultimate mash-up of the athletes and sports you love, and the videos that rocked the week. Each week, hosts Todd Richards and Dirty hit the road to bring viewers firsthand access to the biggest, most exciting sporting events on the planet while counting down the week's top rock videos.

Scheduled to appear is MTV "Bully Beatdown" host Jason "Mayhem" Miller along with former lightweight champion Josh "The Punk" Thomson, Scott "Hands of Steel" Smith and Lavar "Big" Johnson.

In addition to counting down the week's top ten rock videos, Mayhem and Co. will discuss life as a mixed martial artist, give training and fitness tips and the give advice on the best way to survive a bar fight.
