WEC General Manager Reed Harris recently confirmed the good news for Canadian fight fans that the UFC sister-promotion will be bringing its unique brand of cagefighting across the border in the next few months.

June 20, to be exact.

The WEC has already requested and received the date from the Calgary Combative Sports Commission, according to our friends over at Top MMA News.

The promotion also recently secured an exclusive Canadian multi-platform partnership agreement with The Score to bring seven live WEC fights, online content and exclusive features to Canadian audiences beginning this year.
