jones quit being a hater, yall are gonna have the fight of the night
its a fight, what you expect? vera is selling the fight…you need to work on selling fights too….jones got all the talent in the world, all the skills, all the tools to be one of the best lhw ever in the ufc…he cant let himself get rattled….he needs to work more on his personality….
mir and hardy and carwin both talked their way into title shots….talk shit and back it up…vera has a lot to prove in this fight, he has to prove he still belongs, his future in the ufc is on the line…he doesnt have the best record in his last several fights, hes tryin not to end up on the same bus with coleman and trigg….
he needs to prove that even if he loses he can still sell a fight and build interest….jones is gonna make the mistake of letting himself get pissed off and start brawling in the center of the cage….he doesnt want to do that….he needs to stick to his gameplan…vera just tryna get in his head and make him get careless….
bones just go in there and do what youve been training to do…and the best fighter will win….
i hope vera wins of course, but i want to see a good fight….
my dream fight would have to be Brock Lesnar vs Jake Shields...and before the fight theres a video of jake slapping brock's wife...then id like to see shields try to gay porn a win over brock using his butt sex merry-go-round tactics...the massacre that would take place would be the greatest thing ever televised...every limb jake has would look like corey hill's leg...god i hate jake shields

Jones was on the minumal end of being outta’ line but we’re use to seeing that and a lot worse… Jones exciting style of fighting and usually humble intelligent personality will get him fans… plus not to mention BEATING VERA… Sunday Nite…. Vera will fold like a house of cards… if Vera’s behind U can bet he’ll backpedal rather than get KO’d by Jones….

I cant stand Brandon Vera and want to see someone put a serious beating on him. Hopefully Jones stops the fight before its over, everytime Vera loses a decision he gets all animated in the ring about it and he always thinks he wins regardless. Ig he gets KO’D then he wont be able to complain!!!!! I think a guy like Jones is the future of the sport and just cant see him losing to Brandon “The Can” Vera.

Ya after watching the weigh ins and his reaction to the Matt Hamill DQ and can only conclude that Jones is a fake bastard. He tries to act like he’s so damn holy and gracious but it’s just an act. Even before this I thought the way he reacted to the Matt Hamill loss was really fake—NO ONE would not be at all bothered by that. Then he goes on to talk in the pre-fight interviews about how easy the Hamill fight was, despite pretending like he was so humble in defeat after the loss.
Then he starts this stupid shit at the weigh ins because he thinks Vera is disrespectful? Whatever, man. Vera didn’t say anything derogatory about you, and if you’re so balanced then it shouldn’t even bother you. Jones is petty and adores being talked about like he’s so amazing, and was upset because Vera didn’t think he was the second coming of Christ…

That’s exactly my point…he pretended like it was totally fine and didn’t bother him which was obviously bullshit and he talked later like it was such an easy fight. Then he goes on to say how he should never give his opponents credit for their strengths, because he can beat them anywhere, then he talks about how Vera is arrogant….hmmm….
