Former light heavyweight champion Rashad Evans wants to settle the score with fellow TUF 10 coach and bitter rival Quinton Jackson when they collide at the upcoming UFC 114 event from the MGM Grand on May 29 in Las Vegas. "Sugar" was able to dispatch Thiago Silva earlier this year while "Rampage" went Hollywood for a role in the new A-Team movie as B.A. Baracus -- the part made famous by Mr. T. Could the original bearded brawler throw a wrench in the mental works of Jackson with his shiny jewelry and infamous mohawk? Or will Rampage pity the fool en route to a Evans beatdown?

and I don’t think Rashad will understimate him. He’s too smart to do that, and he comes from the best camp around…
Rashad is smarter and faster and works harder
Rampage is stronger and more naturally gifted.
Normally in a scenario like that, I’d root for the hard worker, but I can’t stand Rashad’s pretentiousness and arrogance, and I love Rampage’s sense of humor.
Rampage will be tough for shad to bring down
But if Shad last to the third round and makes Page work in the first two rounds he has a chance as little as it may be.

Rampage is a tough guy but Rashad is tough and also has more skill. Hate Page, love Shad, no brainer hope to see Page go to sleep.
I think on paper...
Rampage is the better fighter all around. The only aspect Rashad has him beat in is wrestling. Page is the beter boxer, stronger fighter, more experienced, has pretty good take dow defense. Rampage took 15 some odd knees from Wandy and though he went down he got right back up for the most part. He took the beating from Shogun and stood right back up. Rashad doesn’t have the power to Page go to sleep. On his best day in the Octagon, he is not putting page to sleep. Decision win maybe, the only one being putting to sleep though will be Rashad!

Rampage is a much better wrestler than Rashad
He outwrestled 2-time Olympian Hendo! He would completely dominate Rashad on the ground. Rashad’s ONLY advantage is his hand speed. Well, that and he has a much better team behind him and better gameplanners in his corner.

Rampage is a better wrestler, u got that right natedogg77.
I don’t know if ppl are trying to be nice to Rashad or what it is. But just because Rashad has been using his wrestling more in fights doesn’t make him better than Rampage.
Rashad has probably been taken down 20 times in the UFC by names like Salmon and Bisping, while the only 3 or some times Page have found himself on his back was against Dan Henderson.

Forrest chopped Rampage’s legs out from under him. He made no effort to get up because he intentionally took that round “off” to give his leg a chance to recover so he could stand up and punch again….which he did.

IMO is far far worse then dragging someone’s mother into pre-fight trash talking. You just don’t do it.
Hope he asks Mr T., gets told he’s a foo and we see him front row for the fight cheering on Rampage!
That could be a total set-up, like the time Degeneration-X brought in Mike Tyson for their feud with Stone Cold Steve Austin, but at the end Tyson decked Shaun Michaels and ripped off his DX shirt to show his Austin 3:16 shirt underneath.

Almost everyone used to love him and just because he goes and makes a movie, he suddenly decides he is too big for MMA? Bullshit, Rampage wants to win the title back and everytime he fights, its always going to be a massive PPV draw bc either its going to be a 3/5 round slugfest someone is getting knocked out

i think the points are great but em rashad evans is the more talented one my call is if rashads able to take down rampage then rashad via ud i can also see rashads speed be a factor in the fight but i think hes gotta seriously work on his takedowns cause rampage has faced the tuffest wrestlers and they werent able to take him down so the fight should be intresting WAR SUGA RASHAD EVANSSSSSSSSSSS

That’s your poser-boy Rashad. Rampage has always been very honest about his weaknesses and humble about his losses. (see the quotes I posted above) Rashad is the one who thinks he’s doing the world a favor by standing on it.

Rashad is a talented athlete & mix-martial artist…but hes still theres no denying hes also a biaotch. When it comes down to it, Rashad is a punkass that lets his alligator mouth overload his canary ass (reference evans v. machida) and deserves the stomping thats going to come his way May 29th. This is of course contingent upon Ramapage not missing the fight to wind-up Celebrity Fat errrr Fit Club. BTW, calling Facade Evans the “WB Frog” is the best gloss ever.
