The Ultimate Fighter: 'The Aftermath' returns with weekly TUF 11 webisodes on Spike.com
In case you don't get your fill of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 11 on Wednesday nights, the UFC and Spike.com are bringing back "The Aftermath," a 15-minute Webisode that airs following every episode on Spike.com.
"The Aftermath" will feature an exclusive roundtable discussion with insight from some of the reality show contestants and recurring Spike host, Stephan Bonnar.
"The American Psycho" takes over for Amir Sadollah, host of last season's TUF 10 "Aftermath."
In addition, the Webisodes will feature unaired content, exclusive bonus material and a sneak peek of the upcoming televised episode.
TUF fans can go to the Spike.com message boards to submit questions and sound off on "Team Liddell vs. Team Ortiz." Questions will be selected at random and answered on the "Aftermath."
As always, MMAmania.com will have complete recaps following each new TUF 11 episode, which begins on March 31 at 10 p.m. ET.

if bonnar gave up fighting
for a tv career thats a good idea
Ya seems like the UFC is trying to give him other shit to do.
I mean I dont blame them and he’s a pretty good guest on MMA Live too, so we will see how it works out.
The TUF shows are getting a bit old for me.
I mean, watching guys piss and cum in someone else’s food is not as good as a good fight.
Too much reality show stuff and not enough fighting. I’ll still watch the TUF TV show on Wed nights (for the one fight each episode), but I’m more looking forward to Bellators LIVE fight card every Thursday night on FSN!
Wasn't it their own food?
I like TUF, what I don’t like is the way Dana hypes it up as ‘the best season ever’ every season. It just makes you doubt pretty much everything he says. Last season was terrible cause the fighters were, nothing to do with the reality stuff.
Season 9 was one of the best imo (I know unpopular among many), so I don’t feel like the show’s goin downhill. Just some season’s better than others.
I really don’t like chuck & ortiz coaching this season. Don’t want to see either of them back. Chuck should have just stopped fighting and started coaching or something, it’s not nice to see someone who was so dominant look done.
As for ortiz, well I’d just rather not see him at all nevermind every week, that’s gonna be unbearable. Talkin to his team like he’s all business savy etc.
