UFC 112: Kendall Grove ready to 'make history' against Mark Munoz

Quoteworthy:

"I can't wait to go out there and fight. We get to do it in Abu Dhabi. We're making history; the first outdoor event in the Middle East. We're going to have war in war. Right when I got the word that we were fighting, I shot him a Tweet saying, 'Hey man, I respect you a lot. Good luck and let's put on a show.' He responded back, 'Likewise, it's an honor to fight you and we will give these guys a good show.' To me, that's just how our business is. At the end of the day, I can honestly say no matter if I'm on the positive or negative side of it, I will be the first to shake his hand and say, 'Let's go grab a beer or do something.' There are no hard feelings because business is business. If you let that shit get to you, you're going to have short career, but if not, you're going to be solid. For me, to go out there and fight these accomplished MMA fighters and these accomplished warriors is an honor. I just want to go out there and compete and do good; that's the shit."

UFC middleweight standout Kendall Grove prepares for his showdown in Abu Dhabi with Mark Munoz when the Octagon gets a new home outdoors in the United Arab Emirates at UFC 112 on April 10. "Da Spyder" has nothing but respect for the former NCAA national wrestling champion but having won three out of his last four, could potentially use Munoz as a springboard for bigger opportunities in their division. Will the 6'6" Hawaiian be able to stop the relentless assault of "The Philippine Wrecking Machine?"
