Strikeforce Challengers 6 weigh in results for 'Kaufman vs. Hashi'

The official weigh-in event for Strikeforce Challengers 6: "Kaufman vs. Hashi" is all set for this afternoon (Feb. 25) from the Almaden Ballroom at the Hilton San Jose. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at approximately 5:30 local time.

Strikeforce Challenger Series serves as a proving ground to promote up-and-coming (and lesser known) fighters. The events are similar to what Elite XC used to promote with its SHO XC: "Challenger Series" on Showtime.

Featured on this edition of the "Challenger Series" will be a women's 135-pound title fight between Sarah Kaufman and Takayo Hashi. Middleweights Trevor Prangley and Karl "Psycho" Amoussouwill hook 'em up in the night's main event.
