i saw his fat head behind the cage when bisping came in and i couldnt beleive it.
i know these guys arent training 24/7 but dosnt it make it harder on your body to have such staggering weight gains and losses…

buy your belt like in say, Tae Kwon Do.

I know Juanito was accused of ripping Jackson off but has anyone noticed that ever since Juanito and Jackson parted ways that he isn’t quite as disciplined as he was under his tutelage? I think he needs a manager and trainer that keeps his eyes on the prize and keeps him in the gym. The guys looked prego just last weekend and the fact that he was seen smoking is pretty lackadaisical on his part. I don’t think training at Wolfslair with 2 guys that are decent fighters (Bisping, Kongo) is really doing much for his career. Bisping and Kongo never come in with any kind of smart gameplan themselves.I know the fight isn’t for quite some time but Rashad trains non stop and I have no doubt he’s been training for this fight ever since he beat Silva.

I am interested in knowing what those seven movies he “turned down” were. He turned down all these roles, but decided the one he couldn’t turn down was “Midnight Meat Train”?

This video was taken down? My guess is that Zuffa put a stop to it after Rampage was slamming Dana for being a liar.
For some reason . . .
I just don’t see Rampage testing Evans chins. While he has the power to do it, I just don’t see it happening.
Evans isn’t going to stand and trade with Rampage flat footed. He’s going to be constantly moving in and out, side to side. Rampage doesn’t have the reach to cause Evans any problems. Rampage will have to worry about take downs.
