I like the counters and submission switching

graphically doesn’t look any different though which is a shame :/

the movement looks much more realistic though, either way ill be buying this and hopefully theyll give cain some better skills :P

Love the 2009-version. Seriously hooked!

But the things that really irritate me when playing online is that its waaaaaay to easy to “Countergrapple” strikes and then slam people as a wrestler. And you’ll loose life/fights just by repeated takedowns alone. And that its kind of impossible to get out of the Thai clich, if their good at it.

if you pre-order the game through Gamestop

you get a code to download 4 additional characters. They are announcing who they will be one per week for the next 4 weeks. James McSweeney was announced a couple days ago as the first. I’m guessing the others will be from TUF as well, maybe Mitrione, Schaub, and Nelson. We already know Kimbo is in the game too.

Yeah that bit was really stupid

I wish IGN would just talk about the games, there’s no need for goofy gimmicks like that if anything it just makes video game coverage look a lot worse to the critics put gamers off of the site.
