the younger the kids are when they get into it, the better the fighters we get to see in 10 years

At 10 years old the kid should not be seeing two men fight. Sets a bad example even if it is a sport. Put him in wrestling or karate. Nothing wrong with kids training properly at a younger age. But there is something wrong with a 10 year old seeing BJ licking the blood off his gloves.

Agreed
Martial arts a great way to keep kids fit and healthy as well as teach them respect and self-belief. However, MMA is inappropriate for young kids and the demographic for these “fatheads” shouldn’t even be watching.

You gotta be careful with kids and how cool they think fighting is
Last thing you want is a bunch of kids trying moves out on each other for fun or in fights at school. Education- yes, actual martial arts training- yes but I wouldn’t recommend just plopping a kid down next to you during a fight without explanation.
