Sorry I try not to call names but that was nominee for ‘stupidest’ post of the year, now I realize its early but this one could weather the storm.
More Mma then just ufc guys. This isn’t UFC magazine so they don’t have Danuts in their mouths.

Unfortunately this sport is OWNED by the UFC. I am sorry that you like to see Fedor fight a bunch of nobodies. Personally I would like to see this sport grow and having these rediculous promotions like strikefarce with one top tier guy per weight clase makes no sense. Even the fighters themselves are over fighting nobodies. So I will rephrase my post for you since you did not understand where I was coming from.

He trains extremely hard. He just doesn’t take supplements or anything like almost all other athletes.
I read somewhere he runs 9-13 miles every day

Is he really in shape? Uhhhh yeah. He works really hard. Haven’t you seen his training videos? He trains all day long.
Of course the guy is in shape,
Just cause he does not look like, Broc, Lashley or Walker does not mean the man is not in shape, anyone who thinks otherwise has obviously never redup on or watched a documentary on Fedor. The guy runs countless miles a day in between training sessions, and not on a threadmill, through woods and on dirt tracks, and his actual strenght and conditioning training is crazy!!

My screen name doesn’t really mean anything, I was just watching fights with a friend, I think it was Mark Hunt, or someone with a similar build, did a spinning back kick, and the Spinning Fat Kick was born.

tkkpal was just as much a fluke, didn’t know what to have so just tried tkkpal and it sounded ok, the pal bit just happened..lol. My wife is the oldest, then me, my boy, twin girls and another boy, NO MORE THOUGH!!! Please God no more…lol

He is healthy and is physically strong
but wouldn’t say he is in shape.
I think of Charles Barkley, he could run all night up and down the court. But I don’t think the “round mound of rebound” would be a good cover boy for a “health” magazine. These mags are gay porn about being in shape (being visually fit) not true health. I’m not sure Fedor is (who is built like a snowman) is really a guy in great shape.

Truly if they were going for strict appearance of a great physique who at HEAVY could they use? Chieck and Lashley is bout it. Walker is a freak too. I’m not so sure about Brock of MMA, he’s a little soft around the middle too.
