PrintJames "Lights Out" Toney just won't go away.
Toney literally took over "Sports Soup" on Versus to call out UFC President Dana White yet again, and had a special message for all his haters.
I'm pretty sure that if he wanted to, Dana White could file a restraining order on this guy. Of course, that doesn't seem to be the case if White truly is interested in bringing Toney into the UFC.
Would you guys (and gals) rather see this has-been just disappear, or do you want him to sign with the UFC so he can learn a lesson the hard way?

just in case Toney catches him and knocks him out… can you imagine? Sign him, put him against a below average fighter so in case he wins, it doesnt hurt the UFC, but if he loses to a can, Dana can say “he couldnt even beat ______!”

what the fuck is sports soup?? who cares about this guy? He thinks MMA is a sidejob, fuck him. I would love to see him get manhandled, but I don’t think it should happen. Endorsing this freakshow isn’t going to help the sport grow. maybe get more fans, but not the type of fans we need. if people wanna fight mma, they gotta take the sport serious.
Toney will never fight, because he’s too greedy and Dana’s not that stupid.

and came to the conclusion that Dana should signhim and give him an instant title shot for a few reasons, best reason being so we can have our first mma related death! can I please get that 30 seconds back?

You can’t just talk your way into any other sport in the world. If Dana & Co. want people to start taking this sport seriously, they will stop letting anyone with a little fame step into the cage.

James Toney is annoying the shit out of all of us….on purpose and probably under the direction of Dana White and the UFC marketing team. We, as actual fans of MMA, would never want to watch a washed up old boxer get into the octagon and fight a mixed martial arts fight. So instead of signing him and just throwing him on a card, they are having him do all this crap where he is calling out Dana and saying he can beat anybody and all this and that. And then we finally get to the point where we all say, “fuck it, sign him and put him in there with anybody and we’ll watch him get murdered.” They are making us want to see this guy in the UFC, if only for one fight. It’s genius. Hopefully he gets knocked out.
