UFC fighter salaries and paydays for The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 12 Finale


The official fighter purses for those who competed at The Ultimate Fighter (TUF) 12 Finale this past Saturday night (Dec. 4) from the "The Pearl" at The Palms Resort and Casino were released earlier today by the Nevada State Athletic Commission (NSAC).

As expected, main card participants and UFC veterans Stephan Bonnar ($62,000) and Demian Maia ($80,000) were the big earners of the night. "The American Psycho" earned his keep with a unanimous decision over Igor Pokrajac ($10,000) while Maia got rich from his mistreatment of Kendall Grove ($28,000).

Newly crowned TUF 12 champion Jonathan Brookins banked a meager $16,000 when all was said and done but also pocketed a "six-figure" contract for outpointing Michael Johnson ($8,000) in the night's main event.

Igor Pokrajac: $10,000
Bonnar defeated Pokrajac via unanimous decision

Demian Maia: $80,000 ($40,000 to show, $40,000 to win)

Leonard Garcia: $32,000 ($16,000 to show, $16,000 to win)
Nam Phan: $8,000
Garcia defeated Phan via split decision

Dave Branch: $16,000 ($8,000 to show, $8,000 to win)
Rich Attonito: $8,000
Branch defeated Attonito via unanimous decision

Pablo Garza: $8,000 ($4,000 to show, $4,000 to win)
Fredson Paixao: $4,000
Garza defeated Paixao via knockout (strikes) in round one

Nick Pace: $6,000 ($3,000 to show, $3,000 to win)
Will Campuzano: $3,000
Pace defeated Campuzano via submission (choke) in round three

Cody McKenzie: $16,000 ($8,000 to show, $8,000 to win)
Aaron Wilkinson: $8,000
McKenzie defeated Wilkinson via submission (guillotine choke) in round one

Ian Loveland: $10,000 ($5,000 to show, $5,000 to win)
Tyler Toner: $3,000
Loveland defeated Toner via unanimous decision

Kyle Watson: $16,000 ($8,000 to show, $8,000 to win)
Sako Chivitchian: $8,000
Watson defeated Chivitchian via unanimous decision

Keep in mind the salaries listed above do not include fight bonuses, sponsorships, percentages and other unofficial payments. It also does not include deductions for expenses such as insurance, taxes, etc.
