It seems that quite a few people think that Brock is a done as a top tier fighter. I 'm interested in legitimate reasons why? I know that his stand up sucks and he doesn't like to get punched. But Cain's striking isn't the only reason he dominated Brock. To me the biggest reason was Cain's ability to get up so quickly when brock got him down and continue the onslaught.I don't think there are alot of guys that can get back up that quickly once brock has him down. Mir and roy have Bjj but brock is not a guaranteed submission. JDS's bjj is unknown as of now. He has goo td defense but we haven't see it against a big strong wrestler yet. Carwin could easily beat brock in a rematch, but he could also just as easily lose again. I think Brock could beat anyone in the hw division not named Cain. I 'm not a brock hater or nuthugger, but I respect what he has done in the cage. Is he a product of the hype? Yes, to a degree. Would he look like a scared bully if he got beat up and never fought again? Yes. I totally get why people hate brock. I even agree with some of it. I'm wondering how many of you out there are just hating or if you really think brock sucks.
