Why isn't Ricco back in the UFC?

Former UFC Heavyweight Champion, Ricco Rodriguez has quietly racked up an astonishing 16 wins in the past 2 years, and is currently on a 10 fight win streak in the past 16 months, with a 70% finishing ratio. That's more wins in the past year than Cain has in his whole career!!!  Ricco was the first Latino (1/2 Mex, 1/2 PuertoRican) Heavyweight Champion and the first man to legitimately beat Randy Couture in the Octogon.  Isn't it  time for Ricco to come home!
