Georges St. Pierre: I get to answer back a 'disrespectful' Josh Koscheck with my fists
Props: Fighters Only
Quoteworthy:
"I’m so happy that I get to fight Josh Koscheck in front of my home crowd. He was very disrespectful during the filming of The Ultimate Fighter and I didn’t say a word. Now on December 11th, I get to answer back with my fists. Last time I fought in Montreal, it was so loud the Octagon was shaking. I know the crowd will be even louder for this fight."
Be careful what you wish for, Mr. Koscheck. UFC Welterweight Champion Georges St. Pierre has a mad-on after being disrespected during his run as coach on Season 12 of The Ultimate Fighter (TUF). GSP has, to date, been rolling with the verbal punches on the Spike TV reality show but now that all is said and done, he wants to "Rush" into the cage and pay back his fellow coach in Montreal. Will this be a repeat of their UFC 74 contest? Or will Koscheck shock the world on Dec. 11?

I wish I was going to this event. WTF is up with having a show in the winter? This is Canada FFS.
Frank Mir just took home Cro cop’s chin like he did to Big Nog. I need to stop bitching and judging with my anger and stop raging. Even joe Rogan said Mir is one of the best BJJ HW’s in the workd and Joe knows way more then I do about MMA. All hail guyverbob and Frank Mir, And hopefully Cro cop with win one more time then retire.

I don’t think so. GSP has this one wrapped up.

You may be right there
If kos wins, I doubt he’ll be such a dick again, they will be out for blood and kos should know that, then again kos is pretty dumb. Gsp should win, he’s obviously the more skilled fighter but this is MMA, hope this is gsp’s most brutal finishes of his career, it would be so sweet.
"Either way, he's probably not Gay, but if he is, thats one dangerous Fag"-the real ZACK
If Kos wins I think we'll find out his true character.
I expect him to get beaten decisively in this fight, but if he’s able to find a way to win I think we’ll learn a lot about him. GSP hasn’t been disrespectful toward him whatsoever, and if he were to handle victory without humility or class then it would prove that he’s not really putting on an act after all.

If Kos wins a split decision then there will be riots not seen in Canada since the Guns ’n Roses/Metallica debacle. If Kos wins decisively then i think the Canadians will just stew silently.
Our lives change like the weather, but a legend never dies.
Kos can't possibly win a decision in Mtl.
That is like Bisping losing a decision in London.

My wife has an extemely short atention span, adult ADD diagnosed
Though she does like MMA and undertands a good deal of what is going on in a fight, weather that be ground work or standing. She was initially hooked on Chuck and then BJ and now Carwin. An interesting pattern really. She loved how when Check got KOd by Rampage he told his kids “daddy’s ok” and she just thought BJ Penn had a cute baby face. Now Carwin she likes what a big powerful guy he is and also has the brains being an engineer lol

don’t you think you could start with related things..my son will be 3 in march and i want to get him into aikido or judo or even karate..there is a small club that will take a 3 year old if the parent sticks around..i think over all mma the kid should be older yes…but damn..my son is so handsome..i almost don’t want to get him into full contact..lol
Had to get 'em in before I turned 36. ;)
And actually this last pregnancy was twins, so that extra baby was a bit of a surprise, to say the least.
With 3 boys in the mix I’m thinking some kind of Martial Art is definitely going to make sense. I’m just struggling with whether or not to put them all into hockey first. The oldest is in initiation right now but they suck you in the first few years with the same rink once a week. It would be a friggin’ nightmare if all three wanted to play. So taking them all to the same dojo a few nights a week seems like a much better plan.

Georges should take this fight.
Kos tries really hard to be the bad guy but he just isn’t smart enough.
I don’t know if it’s because he’s not smart enough, I think he’s probably just a good guy. He wants to sell fights and make more money, and that’s fine with me. I like both of these guys.
Myth: Three Americans die every year from rabies. Fact: Four Americans die every year die from rabies.
KOS is not a good person
Just watch TUF and see how he treats his team when they lose. He kicks his own team when they are down. This is not something good people do.
Different people respond differently to certain coaching techniques. I agree what he did to that young kid wasn’t the best way to handle it, but it may have been what a vet needed to motivate them. KOS also has personal vested interest in the outcomes of these fights as he doesn’t want to lose himself as a coach to a guy he’s going to fight soon. This is quite a different scenerio then you would normally be put in as a coach, so I tend to forgive him a bit more I guess.
Myth: Three Americans die every year from rabies. Fact: Four Americans die every year die from rabies.
What you say is true
But he is coaching, while at the same time playing games. To me, that’s an issue. How can these fighters gain the full benefit of TUF if their coach’s priorities are split between teaching and beating GSP on a personal level. He might have a lot to teach, but his personality and competitiveness is getting in the way. His team would benefit more if he changed his attitude
GSP said it best
GSP stated on espisode 1 that this is about the fighters learning and he is there to help and train with them.
It will be such a beating...
GSP will school Koschek.
