The MMA consensus number one heavy weight of the world Brock Lesnar will be facing the undefeated number one contender Cain Velasquez October 23rd!! On Spike TV the UFC Primetime episode for this huge blockbuster starts this Wednesday followed by two more episodes the following two Wednesday's. Below is the Brocktober calender of past events and shows on Spike with Brock including the fight against Carwin that proves Brock has an iron chin and heart of a true champion.

Stands 6'3" and will weigh 275+ the night of the fight. With a college wrestling career as a two-time NCAA All American , 1998 NCAA Heavyweight Champion, two-time NCAA All American , two-time Big Ten Champion, and the 2000 NCAA heavyweight champion witha record of 106–5 overall in four years of college. Brock is sure to use his athletic ability, size, strength and ever improving MMA skills against Cain. With only six fights under his belt he has defeated some of the best HW`s early in his career that is unheard of in MMA let alone being the the consensus number one. Most note worthy wins against Frank Mir, Randy Couture and the most powerful hands in MMA Shane Carwin(after nearly a year off)!
The Challenger and undefeated Cain Velasquez
Stands 6'1" and weighs in at 245 pounds. With not a to shabby college wrestling record at Arizona for three seasons, and compiled a record of 86-17 and was placed 5th in the country in wrestling in 2005, and placed 4th in 2006. Cain will try and use his speed, improving stand up and endurance against the big man. His most note worthy victories in MMA are against the legend Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira and Kongo.
