That’s OK, Canadians are so used to finishing second that it seems like a victory And you actually get a consolation prize in this pool along with your medal for entering. In the mean time I will do what my fellow countrymen can’t and that is win. English champions are a rare breed so I will no doubt be awarded a knighthood after my stunning victory.

Those colonists had to make up their own country and culture because they all failed at being English At least you’re all champions in your own minds. It will help you deal with the crushing pain of defeat in not one but two pools.
