UFC 121: 'Lesnar vs Velasquez' prelims broadcast draws 1.5 million viewers on Spike TV

Spike TV's "UFC Prelims" special for UFC 121: "Lesnar vs Velasquez" on Oct. 23 drew 1.5 million viewers, the second straight increase in broadcast ratings since drawing a series-low 1.1 million for UFC 118 back in August.

The two-fight broadcast from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California, featured Court McGee choking out fellow middleweight Ryan Jensen while the "Filthy" one, Tom Lawlor, out-pointed the venerable Patrick "The Predator" Cote.

"UFC Prelims" pulled a 1.03 household rating including a 1.42 rating among men 18-49 and a 1.42 among men 18-34.
