That, my fellow Maniacs, is what they refer to as "calling someone out:"
"The last couple of fights I've been so unsatisfied. This one, I definitely thought I was going to get the finish. It just didn't happen, but it's always good to know you can go three rounds. I'd love to match up with Frank Mir. He's one of the stars in the division, and I think I would give him a lot of problems."
And what better place to do it than the UFC 121 post-fight press conference? Schaub was victorious over Gabriel Gonzaga last Saturday night (Oct. 23) in Anaheim and while he didn't finish "Napao," he did prove that he's quick and agile enough to warrant a step up in competition. But is mixing it up with Frank Mir aiming a bit too high? Or is "The Hybrid" ready to prove (again) that he's a serious threat in the heavyweight division?
