So the UFC hype machine had most of you thinking that Dan Hardy was some world class striker (suckers!).  He fought Carlos Condit this past weekend and most thought that Condit's best chance at winning would be to take the fight to the ground.  However, that isn't the way Condit wanted it to play out.  Admittedly, and the announcers commented on it during the fight, Condit likes to beat his opponents at thier own strengths.

Not only did Condit beat Hardy at his strength (standup) but he also KO'd Hardy, just as Hardy was throwing his "signature"/best punch - a left hook , with a left hook of his own!!!!!!!!!

Now that is beating someone at thier own game.  "Oh, you're a striker and your best punch is a left hook.  Ok then, hit me with one and I'll knock you out with mine, at the same time".   That is some shit right there!
