The official weigh-in event for UFC 121: "Lesnar vs. Velasquez" is set to go down on Friday, Oct. 22, 2010, from the Honda Center in Anaheim, California.
It is currently scheduled to air LIVE right here on MMAmania.com, as well as several other online destinations via streaming video. The first fighter is expected to tip the scale at 2 p.m. PT.
As usual, MMAmania.com will provide the latest coverage of the UFC 121 weigh-ins, as well as provide a detailed recap of the festivities as soon as they conclude.
"Lesnar vs. Velasquez" will feature a heavyweight title bout pitting division champion Brock Lesnar against undefeated challenger Cain Velasquez. Former Strikeforce Middleweight Champion Jake Shields will make his Octagon debut against well-rounded welterweight stalwart Martin Kampmann in the co-featured fight of the night.
Another high-profile showdown between Tito Ortiz and Matt Hamill has also been made official.

For those fortunate enough to be in Orange County for the promotion’s highly-anticipated return to the Honda Center, remember that the weigh-in is FREE to attend and open to the public. Doors to the weigh-in will open at 1 p.m. PT for the general public.
Prior to that, fans can line up to get a few John Hancock's as Vitor "The Phenom" Belfort, Ryan "Darth" Bader and Dan Miller will be on hand for a special UFC autograph session starting at 11 a.m. PT.
In addition, UFC Fight Club members will be able to attend an exclusive Q&A session with top heavyweight contender Junior "Cigano" dos Santos on that same day at 12 p.m. PT (check-in starts at 11 a.m.).
