Fighters Only reports that Frank Mir and Shane Carwin will square off one another for the interim heavyweight title at UFC 111, on March 27th, in New Jersey, event headlined by the welterweight champion Georges Saint Pierre and British contender Dan Hardy.
It seems current champion Brock Lesnar has a long layoff ahead to fully recover from stomack illness. Lesnar was set to fight Carwin, the number one contender of the division.
