Cole Miller sucks.
Frank Mir packed 30+ pounds of solid muscle onto his body in five months. Why hasn't anyone called him out for steroid use? Is it because he never wrestled for Vince McMahon? I give Mir credit for his taste in strippers/wives, not his fighting skills or his personality.
Cole Miller sucks?
I’m not the biggest fan of the guy, but that’s coming on a little strong. He’s beaten some quality opponents while in the UFC, and the guys we was tko’d by had power. It bothers me when people dismiss a fighter because he doesn’t have a chin. Compared to who?
People need to realize that MMA is at a point where the KO ratio is pretty high because of a combination of striking level, glove size, and developed power (you have a lot more strength coaching incorporated into training).
I think it’s a little too out-of-hand to dismiss him after just getting “sub of the night”!

he lacks power and his subs aren't super fast
I orignially went with Lauzon because i knew he hit a lot harder than cole and that showed, but he either gassed or lost interest because he had no business getting caught in that sub – which was nice to look at by Miller but Jay is right
it isn’t good enough to take out anyone in the top 10.
But Cole does have a big heart and is why i chose to pass on betting this bout in the end. Good thing.

Give the dude some credit
He’s not too impressive physically and he definitely gets hit way too much on his feet for a guy who probably is going to have a reach advantage in most fights but the guy does have heart and pretty good subs. That was a slick triangle.
