I hate Dana for bringing him to the UFC! They do not need him to survive, all it does is cheapen the orginization and sport! Especially since most people think that the UFC is MMA.

KIMBO is just what this sport needs! giving people to dream… KIMBO will be a great fighter and he has the heart…. why don’t you go and tell him to go away…don’t think so..

the most ridiculous statement people on these boards make! That is as good as an argument as, “I am rubber your Glue!” While this sport may need someone to be the dream maker, it shouldn’t be on the UFC level. If it is on the UFC level it needs to be a guy with much more talent and much more ability. You wouldn’t say that in the NFL or any other sport, if some second rate walk on made it to a team. If some guy walked on to a football field to tryout for quarterback, with a quarter of the talent of the current quarterback, but had a good arm(even though he never hit his target receiver), you would not expect him to be in the NFL, would you? So why would you think Kimbo should get the opportunity? The UFC is the elite promotion for mma. While Kimbo may be deservant of being in another organization, it is a step down for the UFC. Heart doesn’t make him an elite MMA fighter. He is barely able of holding a gatekeepers spot in the UFC. At best he is a C level fighter. He couldn’t even be a contender in Strikeforce!

Kimbo is a joke, he’s not done anything to earn a spot in the UFC and that Houston fight was one of the worst that I’ve ever seen. He’s never going to get any better, he’s too old and has arthritic knees. The UFC is supposed to be the top promotion with the best fighters in the world, so much for Dana’s claim that they wouldn’t hire freakshow streetfighters for ratings.

When I pay $60 for a ppv though I deserve to get the best fighters and fights the UFC has to offer! We as fans don’t deserve Kimbo being on the televised portion. They are cheating us dollars and cents by putting him on the televised portion and you should demand more out of your dollar! I am far from cheap, I get almost all the UFC PPV’s, but I expect the best out of the UFC. If you don’t see that you are getting robbed by Kimbo being on the televised portion of a ppv then I feel bad for you. The Houston fight was free thankfully, but would you have been happy about that fight had you paid $60 for a ppv? That is the way you have to look at it.

I forget about these things, they would have been perfect as a christmas present for some kids in the family.

The BJ Penn one is just awful; the rest are so-so. I like the Randy one but he sort of looks like Bruce Willis.
