Stephan Bonnar ready to end the Polish Experiment at UFC 110
Props: UFC.com
Quoteworthy:
"He usually comes to fight. In the last fight with Coleman it felt more like he wanted to get takedowns and hold me down more than anything. Not like he was trying to beat me up. Krzysztof will try to come in there and beat me up and, hey, that’s what I want! He’s just a big strong guy. But I feel technically I’ve got him beat in both the striking and the submission game. I know I can submit him, I know I could beat him standing up, and, if he lasts long enough … I’m pretty sure I could break his spirit, too. I’ve seen him kind of fold in fights and, you know, if that’s happened before, that person’s got it in them."
Stephan Bonnar tries to get back to his winning ways as he prepares to face Krzysztof Soszynski at UFC 110 from the Acer Arena in Sydney, Australia on Feb. 20. "The American Psycho" has dropped two straight inside the Octagon after returning from a catastrophic knee injury he suffered while training for a big fight against Matt Hamill in April 2008. While Bonnar's contributions to the sport before, during and after his run on The Ultimate Fighter will probably keep him from being unemployed anytime soon, dropping three straight could be a major blow to his marketability as a fighter. Anyone think he's finished as a fighter -- or just getting his second wind?

Bonnar is done son
The Polish Experiment is going to send Bonnar into retirement. Too much power and heart for him. I look forward to watching him on Mma Live in the future full time.
brock lesnar owns fedor's soul
Man I just dunno about Boner anymore...
If he wins he would need to do it somewhat convincingly for me to find him relevant.
If he loses he should maybe be cut but he won’t and I somewhat understand it. He’s very knowledgable and he’s great commentating but I just don’t see him winning that much if he drops this fight.
"He got to the championship a couple times but choked…no literally, he got choked..... twice." - Matt Serra talking about Frank Trigg
Sodapopinksi isn’t anything special. If Bonner comes in 100% fit then he should take care of Kryzzsstff.
On a xenophobic note, the last successful Polish experiment confirmed the recipe for ice.
The weather is here, I wish you were beautiful

I see this going to decision
Bonnar has a good chin, and his ground skills are good that he won’t get submitted by K-Sos. Bonnar isn’t much of a finisher standing, and while he is better on the ground than K-Sos, I don’t see it going to the ground too much. I am actually going with Bonnar in this one with the belief that K-Sos is the type of opponent who is dangerous for Bonnar and has a good chance of winning, but I feel that Bonnar is going to eke out a decision. Stylistically, I feel that both really don’t have any real advantages over each other.
Always a Bonnar fan
He’s never gotten much love here, not that that means a damn thing, but I always root for an exciting fight out of him. Hopefully he gets a big win here.
'How's taste my pee pee pee?'
They won't cut him after that Forrest fight but he's done as a fighter, he's no longer even a gatekeeper
He’ll lose this fight by decision, then retire and be kept on as a commentator. Bonnar’s a great analyst and at this point in his career he should stick to broadcasting, he’s not evolved with the times and he was inactive in his prime because of injuries as well as the suspension.
