What does that make Bisping???

If that chimp was supposed to be Hendo, Bisping was made to look 100 tims worse than that at UFC. Such a bitter Dana White. He is pissed that Dan didnt “give into” the almighty UFC and Dana Whtie.

So ironic is that Bisping face looks more chimp like when Hendo higlight reel KO’d him. You know the guy that Dana pushed into Strikeforce. You know the guy that wasnt worth the money. The guy that Dana actually DECREASED the monetary offer to.

Sure makes Bisping look like the overrated chump he is.

Frank Mir packed 30+ pounds of solid muscle onto his body in five months. Why hasn't anyone called him out for steroid use? Is it because he never wrestled for Vince McMahon? I give Mir credit for his taste in strippers/wives, not his fighting skills or his personality.

Dana being a juvenile prick

Ruined the whole blog for me, Dana is so bitter it’s pathetic. I’m not even a Hendo fan, far from it actually, but the way that he has been treated by the UFC is disgusting and all it does is put off more people from signing with them. Hendo is a very respected former champion and a legend of the sport with a huge fanbase, other than giving Dana and his yes men a few cheap laughs what good will it do for the UFC to compare Hendo to Bubbles? Honestly seeing things like that disgusts me, fuck Dana good luck to Hendo hopefully he makes SF an even bigger success.

actually, he doesn’t have a huge fan base, thats why UFC didn’t give him what he thought he deserved. Hendo is a great Fighter/Champion, but he doesn’t sell. As much as some of you will never understand, this is a business, the companies that paid “names” and couldn’t sell their fights are not in business anymore. I don’t think strikeforce could pay Dan what he wanted, so there is more than meets the eye. Me personally, I could care less, I pay to watch fights and realize all the behind the scenes shit is business and politics and what will make the UFC the most money! DUH, why would you buy a company and invest millions… to lose money?!

Dan's still very well respected amongst hardcore fans and in the MMA community in general

He’s not a big name to casual fans but he’s still popular, his KO of Bisping and coaching of Team US at TUF 9 made him as popular as he’s ever been. This is the worst time to lose Hendo and calling him Bubbles doesn’t change the fact that he’s a huge signing for SF, in fact all that will do is keep Hendo in the limelight and piss off those who respect and support him.

This blog summed up why Hendo left, why would you want to work for someone who compares you to Michael Jackson’s pet chimpanzee and publically slams you during contract negotiations? Dana is a complete and utter tool and Dan made the wise decision, I’m sure that SF paid him well and I don’t blame him for moving to a promotion with a boss who respects him, whatever happens I can guarantee that Scott Coker won’t ever look for cheap laughs at Hendo’s expense, unlike Dana he actually knows how to show respect and how to keep personal bias away from running a business and promoting fights. Coker and Hendo are better men than Dana could ever dream of being.

And I’m thinking logically, when we were negotiating my last contract, a bunch of guys wanted “respect.” So I politely chimed in, “as long as my check clears, who cares about respect, I’m doing my job.” we ended up getting a record contract and a new asshole VP. Flip side, Jason Bay signs with Mets for 65 million when the red sox offered him 60… whats 5 million when you have the choice of a winner or a loser?
IMO, strikeforce is a good fit for Dan, he doesn’t seem to want the spotlight like say a Tito does, so he’ll be just fine and has 3 or 4 quality fights there to satisfy his contract!
and I do agree it’s childish, but it’s Dana!
