UFC 110 is going to be the return of Mr. Pride

Quoteworthy:
“I believe the years of war inside the ring made Wanderlei know all the pathway of the adrenaline. Today, we drive this ancient and efficient style for what he does better, that is being himself inside the ring, and more important, do what made him the icon of the martial arts. I believe this is going to be the return of the Mr Pride. The work has been done for this reason and nothing will change its direction. Too many technique sessions, much information, a lot of attacks and defenses not only in Muay Thai, but regarding everything that can happen when mixed up. I’m very happy with this camping because we’re stressing specific workouts without forgetting his cardio. But I repeat, the priority is the technique with 100% of cardio put in the sparrings sessions, where I can active Wanderlei.”
MMA coach Rafael Cordeiro hints that his fighter, Wanderlei Silva, will come out aggressive to fight Michael Bisping at UFC 110 in Sydney, Australia, on Feb 21. Cordeiro trained the “Axe Murderer” in the golden years when Wand became famous for his fearing style in the whole world. Will Bisping pay the price for the return of the Mr Pride and taste another brutal knockout?

É agora ou nunca, porra!
Wandeco needs this victory anyway. I have seeing his score smudged with loses that he could’ve helped it. Go Wand!

Wandy with a couple of wins in a row could receive a shot at A.Silva
I for one hope the old Wandy is back I realize over the years the man has taken many shots and maybe his time is done? But on the other hand a refueled energized Wandy may start picking apart the MW division on a mission to step in the ring for a shot at the belt. This is it for Wandy getting another shot as the division is a little thinner in talent with Henderson gone Marquardt with a win with the next shot may leave Wandy with a shot if he can pull off two or three wins in a row.

I agree 100%
Wandy has such name strength that Dana could give him a MW shot if he can pile some wins together. Bisping i don’t think has faced anyone with this man’s tenacity other then Hendo and looked what happened. Hendo telegraphed his right for about 2 minutes and Bisping walked into it. Wandy has to be crazed that all this hard work isn’t translating into wins. Then again Wandy has never had an easy fight and the UFC and Nevada rules have kinda deterred his murderous ways. I see this being a 1st rounder because someones getting rocked ad someones gunna drop their hands

After seeing a smaller Wand in the recent Affliction video, I’m not as concerned about him making a good weight-cut this time. Bisping is in big trouble!

The fight is a no winner situation
If Wanderlei wins no push for him, he’s supposed to win.
If Bisping wins, no push for him, since Wanderlei has sucked lately.

One step closer for either one to get a title shot
with Henderon gone the MW lost the the 2nd or 3rd best in the division. Honestly I can’t think of anyone Wandy couldn’t beat on his way up now besides maybe Marquardt and of coarse The Spider?

Although I don't discredit Marquardt in any way
I think Wanderlei would be a fight of the calibre that he has only had one in the past few years, and we saw how Nate fared against the other Silva. Wanderlei’s 1 – 5 record in the past 3 years is somewhat misleading. After The Axe Murderer dismantles the mouthy Bisping, there will be only 2 logical fights for him. The first being a rematch with Belfort. Wanderlei has wanted to avenge that 1998 loss at UFC Brazil, and then a fight with Nate the Great.
Wanderlei has returned in his mind to where he was a couple of years back. He’s not talking as much about “A good show for the fans”, he seems focused, in shape, and ready to tear Bisping’s head off. With The Count spouting at the mouth at every interview lately, he may have opened a can of worms he wishes he hadn’t. If Wanderlei comes into this fight resentful and pissed off, it will be a short one for Bisping
