Programming reminder: The 'Best of PRIDE' unleashed TONIGHT (Jan. 15) on Spike TV at 10pm ET

They're back.
PRIDE FC has finally made its return to television on Friday nights this January via Spike TV beginning TONIGHT (Jan. 15) at 10 p.m. ET featuring a "Best of" format that will highlight some of the greatest moments in the now-defunct promotion.
Zuffa — the parent company of the Ultimate Fighting Championship — purchased the Japanese mixed martial arts promotion (and its biggest rival) in 2007. With no television deal and most of its top fighters signing UFC contracts, the entity known as PRIDE became no more.
Now fans will have an opportunity to relive the glory days tonight at 10 p.m. ET -- and perhaps get a closer look at some of the hoopla surrounding the much ballyhooed stars of yesteryear.
Tonight's matches include:
Wanderlei Silva vs. Quinton "Rampage" Jackson"
Chuck Liddell vs. Alistair Overeem
Takanori Gomi vs. Charles "Krazy Horse" Bennett
Anderson Silva vs. Carlos Newton
Mauricio "Shogun" Rua vs. Kevin Randleman
Hosted by Maxim model Kenda Perez, "Best of PRIDE" debuts tonight on Spike TV and will air Fridays at 10 p.m. ET with replays throughout the week.

I wonder if they will ever show that flying scissor heel hook on andy?
I remember they tried to hype it up hard when chonan fought Karo.

"Once Flamengo, Flamengo until die"
I don't know about that cruz, when they announced this last year his name was on the list
Unless Fedor and M1 had some kind of legal rights with Pride on replaying Fedor fights I think the UFC will use this to their advantage. You must think though with SF and M1 not being able to use Fedor Pride Highlights for any of their previews that the UFC does have the rights. And you know that must piss off Finklestein and what will piss off Finklestein even more is the UFC cashing in on Fedor with the Pride rights(I can see Dana’s grin right now) and possibly even use Fedor Pride fights to counter program a Fedor SF live fight? Do you want to watch a old classic fight you know the outcome too or would you prefer to see the new Fedor in a fight you know the outcome too?
