Based on last nights performance,

Penn would make this guy look like he was still on TUF

Aftr watching that fiasco from last night, I’m convinced that BJ has cleaned out the division. Florian and Diego are miles ahead of the Maynards and Edgars of the world, and they have both been wiped out by BJ.

Is today...

state the f***ing obvious day? lol
every thread Iv’e seen today has been a constant flow of people saying the same thing over and over. I think every maniac out there must have left atleast one comment saying how BJ would beat Gray and that he should go to WW. most of us have been saying that since the Diego fight, I say give BJ a fight with Fitch. It’ll be a really tough fight for both men and will answer alot of questions. also, at WW is anyone else finding GSP a touch predictable lately? I know it’s basically against the law to speak ill of him, but you know exactly what his game plan is before he even gets in there, out wrestle them, wear them out, once they’re too tired and beaten to fight back properly, strike with them for a bit so that your stand up looks great, then finish with more wrestling. That’s how he wins fights nowadays and that’s fine but I’d love to see him start taking risks again, if he finishes Hardy on the feet, then he’ll be my number 1 p4p. but he won’t, instead of testing himself the only way he could against Hardy, he’ll just take him down and hit him for a bit maybe try and sub him, just keep him there until he manages to finish or the clock runs out. It’ll be really lop sided and really boring… and I’m not inspired by the idea of watching that one bit.

I underestimated the deadly skills of one of the greatest HWs in the world, Frank Mir. I wrote that because I lost a bet but honestly, he really did impress me. I'm well on the Frank wagon

There are a few of us in a support group for people who don’t swing from GSP’s perfectly manicured nuts.

I like GSP, he works hard and is a great fighter...

but I may join this group, because as much as I know that he’ll win, I don’t want him to anymore.

All the time in the world, based on last nights performance,

Will not have you ready for BJ Penn. Keep training and when you think you are ready, train some more!

Of course he would be in no rush to fight Penn. Does he want to die in a couple of months?

Diaz is deceiving

I think diaz is so much better than he looks, which probably made Maynard look less impressiver. With that said, Penn’s odds would probably be 1:10

Yikes

Yeh if you have your hands full with Nate better not look for a Penn fight.

Yeah a Kflo or Sanchez fight would be a big step for maynard Bj is much to big a step at this time

Memorable Quotes
"He beat me fair & square. no, I’m sorry, he beat me fairly squarely" – GSP
"I only want to be known as the best ever. Is that too much to ask?" – BJ Penn
"He broke tim sylvia’s arm…...So what?" – Brock Lesnar
"That little fucker hit me with a Hadukan or something" – Nick Diaz on Gomi
"Well, I’m 22 right now, so in three years I see myself being 25." – Rampage when he was asked where he saw himself in 3 years

Maynard doesnt want to fight to BJ...

You can totally tell that he is NOT confident about a fight with Penn. Not saying I blame him but still it isn’t good. I think he needs 2 more wins.. If even just for his confidence otherwise he will lose to BJ before he steps foot in the cage…

Either way I see him being destroyed by Penn no matter when or where

I think a handicap match between BJ Penn vs. Maynard and Edgar would be pretty competitive.

Maynard made stand-up boring.

I actually fast forwarded through parts of that fight.

bad judging

Maynard won maybe the first round thats all, and that was just scary looking overhand rights that mostly missed.
